It all happened unexpectedly I went to the VW Historic show last year, to help out on the VWOC(GB) stand, and was asked to park in the main area. I was approached by Ken who asked if the car had been featured in a magazine He does the photography for Richard Copping who puts in the words.

Anyway we moved the car over to the side of the field out of the way, I then emptied out the bits and pieces amazing how much I carry in the boot front and back, we then spent an hour with Ken taking shots from all angles and me moving the car around. When Ken was happy every thing was put back in the car and it was move back to the show area.

I was then pleased to accept an award "class winner” for, “All other air-cooled VW's”.
