Paul. I had no idea how Beetles would open up our world. We go to some sort of VW event every other weekend. Our Beetle gets used every day, and we use the camper all the time – even though it feels like the brakes are on when it goes up a hill. We're worried our son's getting brainwashed into loving Beetles. I'm sure he'll rebel some day by buying a Vauxhall Corsa.

Sarah. Paul was gutted when we bought our Beetle. We fell in love with it, but he was too tall to drive it. Luckily we found a place that could move the seat back. I remember him driving it home, smiling. Every serious VW owner gives their car a name, We're fans of Blur, so naturally it had to be Beetlebum.
