A WEST LINTON couple, who have been driving their car with a nest full of chicks under the bonnet, have given the term ¿hatchbackî a whole new meaning,
Jonathan Vermaark and Ance Odendaal, who live at Hyndfordwell Farm, were astonished to find a blackbird's nest in the engine compartment of their Volkswagen Polo earlier this month.
But only days after the amazing find, five chicks successfully hatched, despite the couple continuing to drive their car to the shops! |
