Maltese Beach Bug

My name's Jo-Jo, I'm 19 years old and I've just come back from my holiday in Malta with all my friends.

While sitting on the beach one day trying to get a tan I had a brainwave. It came about as I watched my friend attempting to build a sandcastle. I asked if I could help but she said "No, make your own!" (At this point we suddenly jumped from a bunch of 19 year olds to 4 year olds). Well anyway, I wasn't having that, so I went and found my own plot of sand and began diggin. No I wasn't gonna make some castle (no way!) ; I had something else in mind. And there you had it, my glorious sand Beetle. It was a hit with all the kids on the beach. I nearly had to start charging them 4 a go!

I have got a Beetle at home. In fact I have 4. I'm obsessed with them and have been since I was 14, when dad bought one for me for 400 pounds. But now at 19 I drive a 1970 1200 cyber green Beetle and it's a head turner and a half. I love it, except currently it's ill, but I don't want to talk about that coz it depresses me. Anyway, I thought you might want to include my photo in next times issue. Just to depress everyone as winter gets closer.
